We Select suitable CV’s We will search our candidate database, advertise the role in suitable pension journals and also on relevant websites.
You will be presented with 3 – 4 CV’s for skilled professionals to shortlist for interview. Every candidate undergoes a competency-style interview by a BWF Consultant who will challenge experience, technical abilities and substantiate skills.
The CV will provide clear details of the career profile, salary requirements and our own Consultants comments. You will only receive CV’s for candidates who have been fully briefed on your vacancy. This means that the candidate is genuinely interested in working for you and they have provided consent to submit their details.
The Interview & Feedback Arranging interviews is very easy. Your BWF Consultant will liaise with the candidate on your behalf, discuss suitable dates and travel arrangements and brief the candidate on the format for the meeting.
You will receive complete interview feedback, enabling you to evaluate your position.
The Offer At the offer stage BWF will liaise with you and the candidate and provide support to the candidate during the resignation process, keeping you informed at all stages.
Finally we will issue you a short survey to evaluate your feedback, and this helps us to improve upon our service levels.
